The Trails is conceptualized and created by Western Eagle Development Corp. Since 1984, the family-owned company has been building award-winning homes on Canada's West Coast. Each Western Eagle project is built on the same premise: we focus on the views, the environment and the artistry of homebuilding.

Award-winning firm Kindred Construction is bringing The Trails into fruition. For more than a quarter of a century, the Vancouver-based firm has been building diverse types of properties, including residential and commercial. The one thing they all have in common is Kindred's dedication to quality and a commitment to building excellence.
